Personally, I'd recommend you listen it at 1.5 Speed, because it
makes it sound closer to the original Drawcia Soul theme.

Sampling's a thing in music where you take part of something
else (i.e voice clips/sound effects/different parts of songs)
and use them as part of your own music. Examples include the
Amen Break, which is heard in many Drum 'n' Bass tracks.
