I was honestly expecting you to answer with the pinball game
that came with Windows XP.

Indeed.
The space cadet board was a part of Full Tilt! which came with
two other boards, I believe, though I have only had the demo
version of that game (and Full Tilt! 2 which had a mad scientist
lab of some sort) so I am not too certain.
