I would say I'm surprised, but I'm really not. It happened with
the Nintendo DS Wifi and the Nintendo Wii's online functions,
and now it's happening with this. It'll be up to the fans to
create an alternative to maintain online functions.

And don't forget the generous helping of anti-piracy updates
because Nintendo seems averse to making their large games
catalogue legally available for the average player.
