It seems that the end has come for E3.
No more E3 in the future, unless somebody decides to revive it
in some capacity.

Protector DRM to their "back catalog of games".

Until 19 February of this year, RPG Maker XP is free on Steam

Of course, she has a vehement dislike of Steam in any case, so I
suppose it is moot?

I suppose the point is indeed moot, because if you're willing to
download old games off the internet for free, you might as well
do the same for game making programs.
