Come to think of it, there's no Creepy Chameleon trope (unless I
haven't looked enough) and having a chameleon based antagonist
would be interesting. So yeah, go for it.

You fight it in a horde battle. If any of your Pokemon has type
immunities to any of its attacks, it retaliates by flat out
nuking your party from orbit and deals 9999 damage.

Deals 9999 damage to all enemies. Super effective against all
types and deals damage even if the enemy uses Fly, Dig, Dive or
any technique that allows evasion or protection from attacks.

instead…
Defeating her unlocks Bloom's EX form… boosting stats and
Transcending her Bloom Beast summons… :3

So, this Sith Lord can use the dark side of the force to make
all organic life around her wither up. I suppose she could also
use the force to steal your life force to replenish her own and
her lightsaber has a wheel shaped blade with 4 blades jutting
out of in an X or + shape.
