Bzzzzzzt!
Wrong.
I think. The Almiraj (DQ3) looks like a rabbit. So does the
Bunicorn (DQ5).
Thank you for playing in this quiz. :3

Nice. Now I shall fight Greygnarl! (and hope that he'll drop
Dragon Lord's map).

* cut to him dropping... Greygnarl's Skull instead *
* ... with a map to Styrmling's grotto, somehow - they and
Barbarus are related *
Pity we never got to see Styrmling.

I agree, it would have been great in Styrmling had been an
actual boss instead of mere bestiary lore.

UNLESS...
This was Square Enix's plan all along and Styrmling will appear
in a future DQ9 remake as the true final boss WITH Barbarus and
Greygnarl, AND they end up fusing into one vicious dragon!
... WTF that's crazy. O_o

I'm sure that Styrmling does appear in the 3DS remake of Dragon
Quest Monsters 1. Though he doesn't resemble Greygnarl or
Barbarus. Then again, the Legacy Bosses could have included the
final bosses from the spin-off games as well.

So did Charlotte ever get past the ghost ship? A question that
may never be answered. Also Dragon Quest XI's switch port added
in a new superboss: Timewyrm. It's even stronger than End of
Time, who was the game's strongest boss in the 3DS version.

That Incarnus hunt in DQMJ2 is tough...
Only got like three (the Diamagon, Cluboon, and Hawkhart aces)
defeated and trying to find the next.
And then... to get my Slime XY to Level 50. Joy.

I've never played Joker 2 but I've played the first game.
Honestly, it's tough and time consuming trying to get the Rank
S/X monsters because unlike Shin Megami Tensei, the game doesn't
allow you to buy back any monsters you've already fused.
Back to the Incarnus hunt though, I take that you're trying to
find Wulfspade Ace?

Yeah.
Diamagon ace was at sunny Doubtback.
Cluboon ace, at misty Unshore.
Hawkhart ace, at sunny Treepidation.
Wulfspade ace, not yet found.
I think the weather plays a huge part with the Incarnus
"gates"...
