Aw. I remember Ariana's Hanako avatar and how cute it was. You
Seymours have always had a knack for cute girl avatars.
Though I could only wonder how Hanako would have turned out if
Colonel Volgin had raised her.

Scarburst Taint:
- One side of the Valkyrie's body is permanently scarred,
entirely.
- Scarburst Taint Valkyries are immune to its effects.
- In 1836, it was found that ocean pearl jewellery provides
immunity to this Taint's powers.
- The Valkyrie's skin being covered up also prevents its effects
from affecting anyone who comes into contact.

- Requires skin contact (like a slap). Works only on living
beings. The Valkyrie can scar anyone with just a touch,
willingly or otherwise.
- When scarred in this way, the Valkyrie can sense their
presence at all times.
- The parts affected by the scar can be controlled by the
Valkyrie, as well. So if a hand was scarred, it could kill the
person if the Valkyrie wants it to.

- Scars will "burst" when any attempts are made to magically
treat them, spreading the scars on the scarred people only.
Non-magical treatment does NOT do this.
- When pregnant, the Valkyrie can't use these powers for the
duration thereof, or twice the length after the child(ren)'s
birth.
Rosa Chimaera Horton has this Scarburst Taint.

So basically Rosa can infect people with scars (kinda like
Herpes) and can either kill that person or stalk them. The scars
also spread across the body like a plague. Huh. I suppose that
Rosa was treated horribly for having this power.

I'm more concerned about the middle name.
"Chimaera".
Who names their kid that?
Also, Lavitka Horton is her daughter, though she had an Eternal
Double Taint (having NO eyes for the rest of your life AND
having the same kind of sight as Valerie is scary, especially as
the only known mortal so far to have FIVE elemental affinities)
and her father died.
Talk about a crazy world.

Maybe Rosa was actually a end result of experimentation with the
Horton Taint? I mean, I doubt all of those variations were
natural...
