I think SMT will have a game related to the fourth one? But
anyway, your notes say that:
1. Serenity and Ilina beat Aidan and Tranquility minutes (if not
seconds) before 15 January
2. They beat Invidia and Nemesis on 15 January, after midnight
This correct?

5 (both scheduled for release in 2016 so far).

And LS X takes place in 2017, with Aidan Flamberge's final
defeat and the destruction of the Lunar Shadow (yes, it's also a
thing that's there).
Notes can be good and all, BUT they can get messed up, as with
Ilina's birth date and Valkyrie's wedding year and stuff. :(

Yeah, a lot of my own projects tend to have notes and various
drawings. But back to topic, wasn't Lunar Shadow supposed to
also be an entity (ala Chaos from Castlevania)?

Pretty much.
Of course, Chaos didn't come from Pandora's Box.
The Lunar Shadow apparently DID, but I'm not 100% sure how, and
this Pandora is a Serenthan goddess - her box was stolen, and
works differently than the Greek myths' box.
Repose Horton DOES have Soma's copy ability, though. As part of
her Purity Taint, apparently. (Oh my.)

I could explain the Solar Shadow timeline if you like. It starts
in 1995 with Terrah's backstory, and ends in 2029 with the
events which were originally supposed to be part of SS3.

I assume the timeline diverts depending on the game.
For example, there's one timeline where Apocalyptic Shadow Tower
is canon, another where Serenity becomes the Castle Master (my
name for her being Anti-Serenity), another where the Solar
Shadow duology is canon, another where Newerth is frozen over by
a different Castle Master (Polar Shadow?)

Having played The World Ends With You, I've been wondering...
Whenever a choice is made, options not selected branch off,
existing as its own reality, right? A parallel world?
Could that also be what has been called "timelines"here?
