He probably has, alongside all the other planets which don't
behave as normal, including Iquarox.
Anyway, concerning the day/night cycle of that Dyznoir planet,
on an actual planet, tje day/night cycle's represented by how
fast it's turning and what particular part of it is facing
towards the sun at any particular moment (this also explains
timezones.). The reason why Winter days are shorter than Summer
days on our planet is because it's actually rotating on an angle
from the sun.
With that said, because you implied the day/night cycle is
consistent accross all regions and are Winter-like, that
probably means sunlight works a bit differently for that planet.
Perhaps there's something within its atmopshere that would've
caused such day/night cycles across the globe?
Wow~
That sounds grand; I'll add that information to the Dyznoir
thread.
Thank you! :D

It's colonized, though the humans aren't immune.

… Yes.
I wasn't the one who made that planet, by the way; the original
creator asked me not to reveal their identity.
Incidentally, [member=26]Malice[/member] , when you get a
chance, could you post Synhart's information, please? (Seeing as
you created that planet back in January, IIRC.)

I could picture someone just teleporting into a gas giant.

I'm not too knowledgeable about how that would work, but I
assume that it's possible (but also really idiotic to attempt
doing so).
It's not finished, per se; I might update it later. (The
mythology is already outdated, as is some of the other
information. Not even 24 hours. Good going, me~ D: )
…
Also I guess I have a habit of liking mythology. Tiamat is from
Mesopotamian mythology, so far I know.
Incidentally, "Yoshiro" can mean "righteous son", depending on
how you write the name, right?

The actual transliteration is "与四郎". He
chose it precisely due to the kanji for "four" appearing within
it.
(He wanted to play on a common East Asian superstition involving
that number.)
The "four means death" one? D:
…
Well, can't uses a boss with that name, unless it's the same one
from Selenic Shadow. (Four bosses there have names, those names
being "Ichi", "Ni", "San" and "Shi". So far. And Shi is the
final boss of those that Selena Daria van der Merwe fights
before she dies. Thankfully Selenic Shadow isn't canon! Though
"Shi" does foreshadow death rather than cause it, since S.D.
dies after the Invidia boss; the Nemesis one is skipped due to
crashing the game if it is defeated and I have no idea why~)

Were you planning on using Yoshiro for a boss?
...You DO know Yoshiro uses the real life martial art of
Ninjutsu, right? What Cave Story boss would best represent his
personality? Or were you planning on using ASM hacks?

Nah, just going on a wild tangent or something~
I mean, "shi" is in Yoshiro.
And there is a boss known as "Shi" in Selenic Shadow, which
could foreshadow the symbolism thing of S.D. van der Merwe
dying.
Although, if Yoshiro was a boss, it would be awesome.
Clones! And shuriken! And kunai! And chocolate tengu monsters
from outer space~
…
Well, I guess I went from "normal-ish" to "overly silly" again~
:))
Still, it would be awesome if Yoshiro was a boss, even if just
to test the mermaid (whose current name is "Leucosia"; that was
one of the random names I got from a random name generator of
sorts).
Although the first boss is a Starless.

You DO know I meant real life ninjutsu, right? You know, not the
spiritual ninja magic featured in works such as Naruto, although
given his Youkai nature, there's nothing stopping him from using
them anyway. (He generally tends to remain using normal Ninjutsu
unless he feels like using youkai magic, but even then, he tends
to stick towards illusion magic and the power of shadows.)
