       OK, so what are all the Departments (Dept.) and stuff of state?
       (About time we decide on ministers; Shinica'll probably be
       Minister of Sorcery when Serenity is president one day; IIRC I
       said Serenity'd be a model and eventually a president?)
       Ellen says South Africa's got: Basic Education; Transport;
       Energy; Labour; Health
       Those are the only ones she remembers...
       Still, 'tis a start.
       (The Tirahnys Minister of Health was ALMOST Valkyrie Horton; she
       declined to help at Yes Town's school in 2012..)
