Weapons
Ethereal Scythe:
A scythe conjured via Lenore's magic. It is capable of cleaving
through most types of both physical armor as well as magical
defenses as if they did not exist. Despite being an unwieldy
weapon to make use of, its primary function is merely to be
swung in large sweeping motions in order to keep groups of foes
at bay.
Vampiric Claws:
Natural claws which vampires are capable of spawning at the ends
of their fingers. These deadly talons can rend through armor
like paper and tear flesh asunder just as easily.
Vampiric Fangs:
Similar to their claws, fangs are the other natural weapon which
vampires possess. Unlike claws, however, the primary purpose of
a vampire's fangs is that of feeding, rather than combat. In
spite of this, when their use as a weapon does become mandated a
vampire's fangs are equally as deadly as their claws;
potentially even greater due to their ability to pierce deep
into a target's body.
Abilities
Ancient Vampire:
Being both a vampire of ancient age as well as one of the
original bloodlines, Lenore boasts a terrifying level of raw
power from this nature alone. Her constitution is high enough
that physically destroying her body is nigh impossible, as it
can quickly regenerate from even grave injuries. In terms of raw
physical capabilities her strength is greater than the strongest
were-creature, her dexterity gives her cat-like nimbleness, and
her speed dwarfs even the fastest elf alive. Finally, due to her
immense age and birthright, Lenore possesses a near limitless
pool of mana from which to draw strength for her various spells.
12th Tier Magic Caster:
Thanks to her having existed & been a master of magic from
before the Great Sundering, Lenore is capable of casting normal
magic all the way up to the 10th tier. Beyond that, she is
additionally capable of casting with ease both 'special' tiers
of magic; Super tier (commonly called the 11th tier) as well as
Ultimate tier (commonly called the 12th tier).
Cryomancy:
One of the schools of magic which Lenore primarily utilizes, and
the most commonly used one at that. While not typically known as
being an inherently destructive element, the nature of how
cryomancy works allows it a wide range of flexibility with which
to work. It is thanks to this that Lenore makes primary use of
this element, as any weaknesses it has inherent to its element
can more than easily be made up for on Lenore's end by simply
supplying additional mana to strengthen the spell.
Hemomancy:
The school of magic which Lenore considers her main focus as
well as the one she claims full mastery over. Hemomancy
historically has seen little use due to it primarily being a
school of magic exclusive to either vampires, or cults dedicated
to their worship. Its popularity has fallen even more ever since
the Great Sundering, as due to the nature of recovery efforts
focusing on the largest & most important schools of magic, niche
ones such as hemomancy have had much of their study lost to the
sands of time.
Pyromancy:
A school of magic that is equally as powerful as it is
dangerous, pyromancy is an element which Lenore rarely deigns to
make use of. Most mages are hesitant to enter study of the
school of flame thanks to how inherently destructive the
energies used in its manipulation are. Because of how volatile
the energy is it is incredibly common for lesser skilled mages,
or simply those still in training, to either lose control of a
spell or have it backfire mid-cast. While such issues are of no
concern to a caster of Lenore's skill she still makes seldom use
of pyromancy simply due to how easy it is for the flames to
spread if not used under the greatest of caution.
Warding Magic:
A staple of any mage, wards are a form of defensive magic.
Typically used to protect the caster from a specific threat and
only assigned a set amount of mana so as to not drain the user's
reserves dry, Lenore is something of a unique case. Due to her
immense skill with magic combined with her near infinite mana
supply she instead chooses to cover herself with a single
all-purpose ward that will protect from any & all harm.
Additionally, this ward has no set limit of mana with which to
fuel itself.
Ancient Sun Protection:
Unlike the typical vampire which is hypersensitive to the sun,
burning & quickly turning to ash under its rays, Lenore suffers
from a significantly more minor version of this weakness. The
original bloodline of vampires from which she is the last
remaining member were perfectly capable of walking the daylight.
Unlike their lesser brethren these original vampires did not
burn to ash. Instead, they are merely weakened significantly
while touched by the daylight.
Silver Weakness:
As with the sun, original vampires have a significantly lesser
weakness to silver when compared to their later kin. Whereas
physical contact with silver quickly burns a typical vampire and
a wound made by silver is all but impossible to heal, an
original vampire such as Lenore suffers little more than a minor
itch when in physical contact with the substance. Wounds created
by silver are still more threatening than a normal wound,
however, instead of the wound being able to heal in moments it
will simply take a few short hours to heal instead.[/center]
