       Free Braces Sweepstakes - July 10

       Estimated retail value of the Grand Prize of Damon® braces is
       $5,600.  Actual retail value depends upon severity of winner’s
       individual case and cannot exceed the equivalent of a standard
       case fee as set by Apple Orthodontix.  Additional dental work
       provided by another dentist or dental specialist outside Apple
       Orthodontix & Dental is not covered.  Prize may only be applied
       to the fee of a new set of Damon® braces from Apple Orthodontix
       & Dental.  Winner must band at one of the participating Apple
       Orthodontix & Dental locations by October 31, 2015.  Prize is
       not transferrable. No substitutions or cash redemptions.  All
       taxes and unspecified expenses are the sole responsibility of
       the winner. Apple Orthodontix & Dental reserves the right to
       collect any insurance benefits related to this case.
       Must be a Texas resident.  One entry per person.
