       changes to a paid site those who have registered will have a one
       year grace period.
       2.  Registered members are able to search posts.  This is
       especially useful if you are looking for specific state
       sweepstakes.  Searching by your full state name could bring up
       even more sweepstakes.
       3. Registered members are able to communicate with other members
       through the messaging system.
       4. Registered members are able to make and reply to posts as
       well as create polls.  Guests of the forum may only view post
       listings at this time.
       5. Registered members are able to see the most recent posts at a
       glance.
       6. Registered members have access to additional forum content
       such as limited state sweepstakes.  If you don't see sweepstakes
       under your state, you may find sweepstakes you can enter here.
       7. Registered member can see who is online, the total number of
       posts, and other forum statistics
