Welcome to LuckVintage.net where you can enjoy open discussions,
share ideas, comments and ask questions.
Our website is set up as an open forum to allow users to view
and make posts. All users must register before using the forum.
A password will be emailed to the email address that you provide
in the registration form. You can change your password once you
modify your profile.
This is a public forum and, while we encourage a free flow of
information and ideas on the boards, we also ask that you follow
a few basic rules. You MUST agree to the Rules of Conduct as
stated below:
Flaming, Bashing, and Trolling:
Hate posts and personal attacks will not be tolerated. Treat
others on these message boards as you would expect them to treat
you. Talking trash about another user is a quick way to earn a
ban or being banned.
Users of this discussion forum are expected to contribute
meaningfully to the discussion at hand. Our Admins will take
appropriate steps to keep our discussion in line with these
rules and with good taste.
Users of this discussion forum will not post any material which
is knowingly false and/or defamatory, inaccurate, abusive,
vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented,
or threatening. Personal attacks and flames will not be
tolerated. Advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes, stock
touting and solicitations are inappropriate on this discussion
forum.
If a moderator receives a 1 complaint about a member, that
member will receive a written warning. Upon 3 complaints, that
member will be banned.
Profanity:
Very mild expletives may be allowed in some contexts, but
profanity, strong vulgar language, crude, lewd or explicit
sexual references and hate speech -- harsh personal insults and
epithets directed against any race, religion, ethnic origin,
gender or sexual preference -- are not allowed even if disguised
with asterisks or other text and characters.
Spam:
Responses to a particular thread should be on-topic and pertain
to the discussion. Users should use the New Topic button to
start a new discussion which would otherwise be off-topic in the
current thread.
Posting the same message to many topics or boards is considered
spam. Duplicate messages will be deleted or consolidated by our
moderators. For the broadest audience, we recommend posting your
message once in one of the general discussion boards.
Advertising & Commercial Purposes:
No advertising of any kind, including those for non-profit
organizations, is permitted. may not be used for commercial
purposes. This includes but is not limited to unsolicited
advertising, promotional materials, "junk mail", "spam", "chain
letters", "pyramid schemes" or any other form of solicitation.
Malware, Hacking, & Cracking:
You may not post, distribute, or link to software viruses or any
other computer code, files or programs designed to capture
information, interrupt, destroy, and/or limit the functionality
of any computer software and/or hardware or telecommunications
equipment. You may not attempt to circumvent any security
features and/or exploit any weaknesses in computer software or
hardware or telecommunications equipment.
Collection of Information:
You may not attempt to copy, reproduce, create derivative works
from, harvest, or collect posts or member information
(including, but not limited to, Public Display Names, passwords,
or e-mail addresses.)
Illegal Behaviour:
The laws that apply in the offline world must be obeyed online.
We have zero tolerance for illegal behaviour.
Moderators:
Our Forum has appointed moderators for our discussion forum.
Moderators are volunteers who have agreed to give up a portion
of their personal time to help build a better community for our
forum users. Moderators facilitate enhanced discussion by
starting new topics for discussion; clarifying or focusing
topics; and by enforcing these rules. In order to accomplish
these tasks, moderators have three essential abilities in the
boards where they are shown as the moderator: edit or delete any
post, close or delete entire topics, and move topics to another
board where the discussion is more appropriate. The opinions of
our moderators are their own and do not represent any other
party.
