       What is new and changed in V11.7?:
       1- /flip Command Is Added For Freeroam Mod Only, It Is Used If
       Your Vehicle Is Flipped.
       2- Anti-Cheat Is Improved With Anti-Spam.
       3- New Textdraws! You Will See Textdraws Below The Screen When
       Attacking Someone Or Being Attacked
       4- 1 Song Has Been Added, It's Called: Ambitionz Az A Ridah.
       5- Admin Update (New Command).
       6- VIP Tag And VIP Yellow Text While Chatting Publicly.
       7- Bug Fixes And Improvements.
