       3 - Do Not Make an Unban Request For Another User

       We Don't Unban Ban Evaders
       5 - If Your Ban Appeal Is Denied Wait 1 Week to Post Another One

       Application , If You Do It Your Request Will Be Denied And You
       Will Get temporary Banned From Forums.
