       Sometimes I am amazed that it has taken "them" this long. We
       heard that this would start happening here back in the
       60's...but "back then" we thought it would happen in a 'few
       years' and that all Western Christians would be locked up in
       camps by the 70's.
       I had no idea that it would take all these years to catch up
       with our 'persecuted brethren' in other countries.

       When the president starts doing things that are supposed to be
       done by congress, is it surprising that smaller same minded
       government ppl start doing things there own way.   Its no
       surprise to me.   I think its all beginning to unravel.   It
       will take some time before it all falls apart though.

       Hmm... the whole article has me a bit confused.  Several years
       ago, I was part of a Vineyard congregation that wanted to open a
       coffee house during week-day business hours. It also wanted to
       sell used clothing and household goods from the same location,
       at extremely low prices. The same building was also used for
       public worship. Because we were selling coffee and snacks, and
       clothing, etc. we had to get a business license. If we had just
       remained as a church which also served as a drop-in with free
       coffee, we would've remained under normal church licensing
       rules, which govern fire exits, public wash-room space, etc.
       Either way, we had to have one kind of license or another.
