The Rice Experiment

If this is what happens to rice then what happens to those
around us and ourselves when we have good or bad thoughts.

This had me thinking about Cesar Millan, the Dog Whisperer, have
you ever seen it?
He is so good with the dogs, and focuses on the energy side of
things a lot...ie if you are projecting fear, you are going to
create a state of mind in the dog that you need protecting and
so on...so if you give off good energy the dog is relaxed
etc...not that im relating humans to dogs, but some things are
transferable. You can drag down those around you by your
attitudes and words. Which I suppose brings me onto the power
of words...words have the power of life and death...project life
not death.

Well although I do have a recordable dvd player/recorder, my
wife is not able to work it, and you cant program it that I can
see. I used to have some years ago a vcr recorder that I could
set up a program to turn on and record something when I wasnt
home, but what I have now doesnt seem to do that. And I dont
want to pay anymore than I already am for the option with dish
network. They recently just upped my monthly bill by a little
over $5 without advance notice. I called and they said they
decided to up increase it as an annual increase. That was not
spoken of last year when I started this current contract. I
was lead to believe then that the price quoted would not change
for quite some time. All of them are crooks, but direct tv
seems worse yet, and those are the only two in this area.

Brad are you able to view the tv guide by hitting the guide
button on your remote? If so you should be able to scroll
forward to future shows. When you get to the one you want to
record, hit select as if your changing to that channel. You then
should be given options about setting the timer to record the
event. You may want to set it to start 3 min early and end 5 min
late just incase the show runs over or starts a few min early.

Hello Heartsong,
I seen something similar done with water and freezing it. It is
interesting to say the least.

Yes, I have the standard dish remote with the guide button, but
my receiver doesnt have the ability to record, that would have
cost extra per month and I wanted to get my monthly bill as low
as possible, so that I didnt have to switch back and forth
between dish and direct tv as I had been doing to receive the
best deals. Now I am paying the standard rate with dish who
has slightly better service, and avoiding the special deals with
all the lies associated and my anger at the lies and the broken,
fast, english variation of the indian service representative.
I want to live a life of frugality as does my wife for the most
part. Generating savings monthly instead of rising debt is not
easy to do with my wife retired with limited ss and my working
at walmart. Never the less we do okay as long as my wife
doesnt give in to her desire for expensive jewelry and no major
vet bills (for our animals, not for us, we arent that frugal).

Yes I saw that with ice crystals. The shapes would change and
form when being exposed to certain words or music.
