I was wondering if he knew anything about the yowies? I heard
the other day that sightings of yowies were on the rise in
Australia. I tried to google it but couldn't tell if that was
       true or not.
There are people not too far from where I live that claim to
have seen Bigfoot creatures; but I don't know if they're
imagining things or not. It may be a gimmick -- they had a
       "Bigfoot Day" earlier this year.

Thanks guys. Nice to be here where we Love God Only. Well and
       you guys as well.
As for yowies I don't know much about them.
       From Wikipedia:
Yowie is one of several names given to a mythical hominid
reputed to live in the Australian wilderness. The creature has
its roots in Aboriginal mythology. In parts of Queensland, they
are known as quinkin (or as a type of quinkin), and as
joogabinna,[1] in parts of New South Wales they are called
jurrawarra, myngawin, puttikan, gubba, doolaga, gulaga and
thoolagal.[1] Other names include yahoo, yaroma, noocoonah,
       wawee, pangkarlangu, jimbra and tjangara.[1][2][3]
As is the case with the North American Sasquatch, many people
discount the existence of the yowie considering it more likely
to be a combination of misidentification, folklore and hoax.
Yowie-type creatures are common in Aboriginal Australian
legends, particularly in the eastern Australian states.[4] The
yowie's characteristics and legend are sometimes interchangeable
       with those of the bunyip.

       Hi CinderAsh and welcome,
I don't know much about them either. Yeti, Sasquatch, Yowie,
Bigfoot, they do seem to around the world.
I found a forum called Yowiehunters Forum
  HTML http://www.yowiehunters.net/index.php;
but I didn't have time to
read much there. I also don't know how much to believe. I
wonder if they come out of what the aborigines call the dream
       world?

       Hello CinderAsh! Welcome.
I am so glad that Holland identified you as "Alan". :) Now we
       know.
While I do love mysteries I also love the conclusion too. I was
just about to run bets whether you were make or female.
A few of them seem to already know you...I've been on T * O but
       it never 'stuck' with me.
I like the more intimate sites. And I like to know who everyone
is. ( although, also aware that some let you know 'who they
are', others prefer masks...both are fine I guess.
       Bless you ...H
