The Base of Spine Chakra -- Smoking and other matters

Most of the chakras are mentioned in the Bible but never laid
out systematically the way other religions do. A chakra is
like a tiny star or ball where light (spiritual light) enters
and goes out. In the human, there are generally six but with
the possibility of the seventh (crown of life) appearing if the
other six are corrected.
The conscious mind of man is more aware of events in the upper
three, the inner eye (single eye), the throat, and the heart.
The lower chakras are much more difficult to access and relate
to the subconscious. In general, it is dangerous to tinker with
the lower ones since you don't know what's going on. It's like
Pandora opening the box with all kinds of ideas in it that fly
out. The only safe method of correcting these centers is to
follow the advice of Jesus, "Seek first the kingdom.
Matthew 6:33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his
righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you.
What things? Look at the context:
27 Which of you by taking thought can add one cubit unto his
stature?
28 And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of
the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:
29 And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory
was not arrayed like one of these.
30 Wherefore, if God so clothe the grass of the field, which to
day is, and to morrow is cast into the oven, shall he not much
more clothe you, O ye of little faith?
31 Therefore take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? or,
What shall we drink? or, Wherewithal shall we be clothed?
32 (For after all these things do the Gentiles seek:) for your
heavenly Father knoweth that ye have need of all these things.
33 But seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness;
and all these things shall be added unto you.
The claim is that if you had the right mindset, you could make
yourself taller. He also mentioned the inner eye chakra
earlier:
22 The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be
single, thy whole body shall be full of light.
23 But if thine eye be evil, thy whole body shall be full of
darkness. If therefore the light that is in thee be darkness,
how great is that darkness!
Most miracles involve two chakras: The inner eye, and the base
of the spine one. The base chakra is the basic one, where matter
and spirit interact at four levels: Earth or matter -- and
emotions, thoughts and volition. It has four petals and is in
fact a cross. The mystery of the Cross is contained in this
chakra with its four petals.
If both chakras are pure, spiritual energy found in dark matter,
soul, mind and volition is released and burns upwards as a white
flame. The new spiritual body is made that way. Consider the
lily of the field, a white one. Do not think, even for a
second, that God is going zap up a spiritual body for you in the
future. The kind of spiritual body you will have in the future
depends on what you are doing now. What is now is changed into
something else.
1 Corinthians 15:42 So also is the resurrection of the dead. It
is sown in corruption; it is raised in incorruption:
43 It is sown in dishonour; it is raised in glory: it is sown in
weakness; it is raised in power:
The basis of human life then is found at the base of the spine
where the three spiritual planes intersect with the physical;
and that is the significance of the Cross also. Since it is
unconscious. it can't be fixed using conscious thoughts. Rather
it is fixed by correcting the errors above in the inner eye,
throat and heart chakras first. These three, if corrected, will
correct the three lower ones automatically. The degree to which
the base chakra is corrected will explain the degree to which
the spiritual body is completed as a "white lily."
In human beings, the problem lies in being of two minds --
holding conflicting ideas or impulses. Generally speaking, the
heart chakra has shut down the base one. The conscience of the
heart knows best. If the imagination of the inner eye is
wicked or if the throat chakra is impure with evil words coming
out of it, the heart shuts down the base chakra by cutting the
connections. The "engine" is still there, but the wiring has
been short-circuited to prevent abuse.
God has no need to interfere with us that much. The way we are
designed means we shut ourselves down if we abuse things. Each
person on this planet has enough power that he could explode
this planet into smithereens. Our consciences won't allow it.
We lie to ourselves and say we don't have that kind of power.
God designed us very well indeed.
What does the base of the spine chakra do in its impure state?
Mostly meaningless junk. Sometimes destructive junk. It gets
on a circuit and repeats it again and again. If you see some
activity that serves no real purpose but is repeated over and
over again, you can be fairly confident it's a misuse of the
energy at the base chakra.
The "serpent energy" at the base of the spine is "eating the
dust." Buddhists and Hindus talk about kundalini at the base of
the spine, and the Bible talks about the serpent being cast
down; but few people connect the dots. They're talking about
the same thing. The serpent must be "lifted up" on the tree,
or in eastern jargon, the kundalini energy must be raised.
Most sex is meaningless repetition. Most sex is black magic of
one sort or another. It is almost impossible to complete the
sex act with that "explosion" in the head without using the
inner eye to visualize some imaginary scene. It is almost
impossible to complete the sex act with full awareness of who
you are and who you are with and what is real. Each reader can
consider for himself what kind of pictures are being created at
the moment of the "explosion" in the head. Does it matter if
the person is using books or magazines or the internet to create
such pictures for him? Not really. People can imagine such
things on their own and usually do. They seldom discuss them,
but they're there; and most fantasies are unhealthy to some
extent or another. The husband who fantasizes his wife in
handcuffs may never tell her what he's thinking; if he's
fantasizing about some other woman, he won't tell her. But
those thoughts are there, as real as the images in magazines or
on the internet.
A great deal of spiritual energy is lost by meaningless
repetitious sex. Other meaningless activities can include being
obsessed by sports. There is absolutely nothing profitable in
watching sports; but it drains the serpent energy. Wives often
detect this too, getting jealous of it. The wives want that
energy directed at them in the form of sex energy. Other
behavior can include things like mountain climbing -- climbing a
mountian just because it's there. There's nothing gained by
climbing it.
Then there's nicotine. Tobacco doesn't even provide a high. It
doesn't make people feel good. It's a class meaningless
repetitious activity. If the addict doesn't do it however,
he'll start craving it; and odds are he'll feel an unpleasant
sensation in the area of the solar plexus chakra. What is
happening there? Amazing as it may sound, the chakras sometimes
"steal" energy from each other. In the impure state, they do
just that. If you cut that connection that makes the energy go
from the base to the solar plexus, the solar plexus will get
disturbed and want to replace it to keep stealing energy. Thus
the urge to smoke another cigarette.
Smoking and these other things can be obstacles to raising it,
let every person judge for himself. Some outstanding people
were smokers and still achieved great things.
Problems can also be caused if the serpent energy begins to rise
prematurely. It really is risking black magic to raise the
serpent energy if that energy can be abused by impure chakras
above. The person who is "pure in heart" often can practice
yoga without harm and raise the kundalini that way; but the
impure of heart is risking emotional and mental catastrophe. He
may be able to perform some miracles; but it may also cost
himself his sanity.
What is matter? It is dark spiritually, that's for sure, yet
it contains the potential for life. Note that when Adam was
cursed, a curse also fell on the earth. The same thing which
condemned him to return to the dust also affected the earth
negatively -- and we read about thorns and thistles. And the
serpent was told he would eat the dust. The serpent should
have wings! The serpent should be able to fly.
This is also taught in the stars. At the south pole, we have
the Southern Cross. At the North Pole, a constellation circles
it -- like a serpent with its tail in its mouth. The serpent,
once raised, forms the "crown" of life around the head. Jesus
reversed the thorns and thistles -- he was given a crown of
thorns and made a crown of life out of them.
So let everyone judge for himself. Does sports interfere with
loving your neighbor or your wife? Does smoking? Is sex meant
for self gratification or to please the partner? One must seek
righteousness and love -- seek the kingdom. If anything is an
obtacle, give it up. For the record however, I don't think most
people would benefit that much by giving up so many things --
one thing at a time is the usual. As the Spirit reveals how
something is not working right for you, you give it up and can
see how it made your life better. That gives you strength to
improve later in other things. Trying too hard to give up
everything too fast to become perfect all at once seems reckless
to me, and perhaps it's pride at work. Forgive others their
little shortcomings, and trust God to lead them; and then we may
be led thus ourselves.
My Father quit smoking all at once when he became a Christian
and said he didn't crave them. I wouldn't guarantee that would
be true for everyone. That was his conscience, and it worked
for him. Other people might quit and have the serpent energy
rise and cause problems for them in other chakras.

Very interesting and am glad for your sharing of this.
I'd like to take this opportunity to praise God for delivering
me from the addiction to tobacco. Delivered as if I had never
had the addiction. Hallelujah!
Four years and four months now.
One day the number of years I smoked and the number of years
being smoke free will equal. Therefore, I will live for many
more decades! :D
