God's kingdom
By: meshak Date: January 10, 2014, 7:37 pm
---------------------------------------------------------
This is God's kingdom:
This is God's kingdom:
Isaiah 65:17-25
King James Version (KJV)
17 For, behold, I create new heavens and a new earth: and the
former shall not be remembered, nor come into mind.
18 But be ye glad and rejoice for ever in that which I create:
for, behold, I create Jerusalem a rejoicing, and her people a
joy.
19 And I will rejoice in Jerusalem, and joy in my people: and
the voice of weeping shall be no more heard in her, nor the
voice of crying.
20 There shall be no more thence an infant of days, nor an old
man that hath not filled his days: for the child shall die an
hundred years old; but the sinner being an hundred years old
shall be accursed.
21 And they shall build houses, and inhabit them; and they shall
plant vineyards, and eat the fruit of them.
22 They shall not build, and another inhabit; they shall not
plant, and another eat: for as the days of a tree are the days
of my people, and mine elect shall long enjoy the work of their
hands.
23 They shall not labour in vain, nor bring forth for trouble;
for they are the seed of the blessed of the Lord, and their
offspring with them.
24 And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will
answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.
25 The wolf and the lamb shall feed together, and the lion shall
eat straw like the bullock: and dust shall be the serpent's
meat. They shall not hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain,
saith the Lord.

Jesus followers are supposed work for God's kingdom, not for
this world by showing them good example.
Jesus says His followers are not of this world.
Yet, mainstreamers are so busy getting involved with the
politics which is of the world, and killing their enemy like the
rest of the world does.
blessings.

So how about instead of raving about something on a broad scale.
You discuss how to come into a relationship, with Jesus, so that
His Holy Spirit can change the individual, thus changing the
world? Or is all your focus on critizing the world and none on
true relationship with Jesus?

I am sorry that you don't understand my point.
Jesus' followers main duty it to spread Jesus to the world, not
about us.
Most main streamers don't even know what God's kingdom is like
or His followers are supposed to work for God's kingdom, not for
this world.
blessings.

I understand your point, it's your only point, that's all you
talk about. How about talking about how to come into a true
relationship with Jesus? It's Jesus that is the game changer,
not complaining. After all, the whole world is complaining and
you right along with them, so where's the difference between you
and the world? Jesus never ever complaines, He changes
circumstances. He isn't overwhelmed at the evil, He already
defeated it. Now He's looking to His followers to allow Him to
work through them to change circumstances, not to complain about
them.
Jesus' followers main duty it to spread Jesus to the
world, not about us.
My main duty is to have a relationship with Him first. Then
because I am yielded to Him, He changes the lives of the people
I interact with. Without having spent three years with Jesus,
the Apostles could have done nothing. They had to have a
relationship with Him first, the same is true today. So what do
you do to maintain your relationship with Jesus?

Galatians 5:22
But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering,
gentleness, goodness, faith,
Ephesians 5:9
(for the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and
righteousness and truth;)
Romans 14:17
for the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness,
and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost.
It is that which only His Holy Spirit can give us, therefore it
can flow out of us.
It is not worrying about Jesus being misrepresented by others.
It is in relationship, then His Holy Spirit can work in others.

We have relationship with Him by obeying what He teaches and
commands, friend. By obeying His teachings, we are working for
God's kingdom.

Wow, then if your relationship is just obeying what He teaches
and commands, how do you explain Him to others? Here's a list
of rules, do them? If you do them then you might go to Heaven,
if you don't then eternal punishment?
So then what's in-between baptism and then maybe getting into
heaven? Telling others to do what He commands, here's your list
of rules, do them?
How boring and I never was one to follow rules. Where's the
freedom in that? (Now I'm speaking as I used to). Oh yeah, if I
don't follow the rules then eternal punishment. Big deal,
Heaven won't take me and Hell don't want me cause I'll take it
over.
Now here's what the Kingdom of God is to me, with a personel
relationship with Jesus. I get to know Jesus the one, that died
for me and that defeated the devil. I get to wake up and say
Good Morning, my brother, my King, what is it you want me to do
today? You want me to find ten people and share with them, how
you yanked me out of the pit? Awesome, so I get to tell others
how first you healed me, made this former dying man, raise up
off of his deathbed........wonderful. Then I get to share how
you completely changed my thinking, how exciting!! How much you
love me and will never leave me, awesome! Jesus can I pray for
the sick and watch as you heal them? Awesome and exciting!!!
Holy Spirit you are so wonderful. Really Jesus I can watch as
you bring your supernatural JOY when there shouldn't be any?
YEAH! I get to watch as you change lives, what an Honor!! Then
after the day is done I can come home and just enjoy being in
your Glory, getting to know you, how exciting!!
Now that is living in God's Kingdom! It is also real freedom. I
don't have to worry, about stepping out of bounds and sinning,
why because Jesus defeated the devil. When I'm in a personal
relationship with Him, His Grace enables me to not sin. When I
do step out of bounds, then because of my relationship with Him,
His wonderful mercy steps in. With a personal relationship with
My Savior, my worst day is wonderful, when I trust in Him. The
heartbreaking times aren't so heartbreaking, the times when I'm
short on money, no worries, He provides for the birds in the
air, so how much more will He provide for me. Welcome to a life
of knowing Jesus is more than a list of rules.

Just? is that what you have to say about being faithful to
Jesus? You need to know that without being faithful to Jesus,
there is no salvation.

You must just read what you want to, or you arrive to the
conclusion you want to. With a personal relationship with His
Holy Spirit, I do not fulfill the lusts of the flesh. With a
personal relationship, with Him, because I am His Beloved (we
all are) and have felt just a small amount of His love for me,
my focus is on Him and not on "not sinning" because in His
Prescence it is not even possible to fulfill the lusts of the
flesh. Just as without Him, I would be literally dead, or at the
very minimum still paralyzed. Without Him it is impossible for a
mortal person to not fulfill the lusts of the flesh. Without
Jesus, it would be impossible for me to share His Love with
others. Do you notice a theme here? It's Jesus, it's all about
Him. Without Him I literally could do nothing.
