       How about the governments quandary , what might be your slant
       on it all.
       Here's mine==>
       I would like to give you some idea about my thoughts &
       convictions.
       ‘’ Marriage as an Institution’’, is said to be an
       established custom, a legal title for a committed couple.
       Biblically the word/basic concept did not existed in the Old
       Testament days. It was introduced to allow the general
       population & Christians to understand the concept in language
       that they might be familiar with in a written or verbal form.
       Therefore Adam & Eve were not ‘’Married’’.
       ‘’Evolution’’ in this instance, I would seen as a joining of
       a man & woman in a covenant of commitment to a relationship for
       life & the continuance of that life through procreation.''

       Maybe you should share you
       thoughts; as I have, with those that may need help from the
       grass roots, in ''The House.''

       Is marriage a covenant? Malachi talks about the wife of thy
       covenant; but that covenant is the covenant of Levi. Priests had
       divorced their proper wives of the house of Levi and married
       other women, sometimes even pagans.
       Adam was supposed to cleave to his wife. I doubt the "two can
       be one" unless and until that happens. I can see calling it a
       covenant if both people have "sacrificed" bits of themselves;
       and what our governments call marriage probably has little to do
       with that. A marriage license can't make two one.
