I've asked this same question many times... I'm still waiting on
an answer...
Without no mother, no father, no beginning of days, or end of
days... Sounds like an interesting person!!!

I don't think we will find a clear answer... We can speculate
all sorts of things... Maybe it was the Lord that visited
Abraham and Sarah, whom Abraham bowed down too???

I think it was three angels who looked like men to Abraham --
probably "Michael, Gabriel and Raphael" since their three names
add up to 701 as does the expression "and lo three men."
It was Michael at Jericho since he is the captain of the LORD's
host.

Oh I feel like speculating some more... Let me give it a
whirl...
Melchizedek was a heavenly being, thus we read no beginning of
days, because a day is time related to the physical realm of the
planet earth... Therefor Melchizedek was before earth itself...
He is like unto Jesus in that he has always been with God, God
simply thought and he was, Thus we read No mother No father...
Again referring to this physical realm planet earth, where as
Jesus had a earthly mother... Melchizedek had none... Once Jesus
was sent, took it upon himself to be the one to move forward
Gods Master Plan, Melchizedek had served his dues... He had done
what it was God put him here to do and his job was finish. He
didn't have to suffer unto death, that wasn't his role. Therefor
he ascended back into heaven without ever having to see the end
of life...
You know I went and read the beginning of the chapter just then
and it starts with
7 For this Melchisedec, king of Salem, priest of the most high
God, who met Abraham returning from the slaughter of the kings,
and blessed him;

That was strange!!! Anyhow I am just pure speculating and
trying to make any sense out of it... which is worth less than
cents to God... He must not have felt it important that we
know... It was before our era... Maybe???

Kerry you have told me this before and it very well could be...
But honestly do we really know, or is that speculation as
well??? Or do you think its more evidential more factual???

[/quote]Rashi says there were three angels to do three jobs.
The Talmud says one angel is not given two tasks.
That is also what I have been taught. When an angel goes forth,
he is given one task to perform; and when it's done, he returns
to Heaven.
The text switches from singular to plural showing this. When
they eat, "they" eat. But when the angel given the errand to
deliver the message to Abraham speaks, the text says, "he"
spoke.
Raphael is the Archangel of healing. Rashi says he went to heal
Abraham while I say he went to heal Sarah; but I agree that a
healing was performed. Rashi does not name the other two; but
Gabriel is the Archangel given the errands of delivering
messages, and Michael is the Archangel who executes the
heavenly decrees.
Thus I think it reasonable to believe the three were those three
Archangels without using gematria; but the 701 clinches it for
me.

the order of Melchizedek is the linage that carries the story of
what Jesus is doing to bring about a restored family of mankind
with God
* Melchzedek is Shem
THE START OF THIS STORY IS IN GENESIS "POST-FLOOD" where
mankind is divided into 7 divisions to tell this story
1- japheth ------------------------------- { not in the line of
shem }
2- ham ---------------------------------- { not in the line of
shem}

with abraham
3- lot ------------------------------------ { not in the
continueing line to jesus ; not in the line of abraham}

become the northern tribes

that leads to Jesus ;
THE LINAGE OF SHEM will lead to Jesus ; but here is where the
divisions take place ( #7; will be Judah which is not a division
but instead where the point continues and takes a twist )
AND IT IS HERE THE STORY TAKES A TWIST
for the order of MELCHIZEDEK ; the linage that carries the story
of what JESUS is doing NOW TAKES ON a women "outside " the
linage of SHEM; her name is TAMAR ; and she descends from ESAU
whose wife was the daughter of ISHMAEL
and the storied linage to JESUS carries on
THE TWIST CONTINUES ; as we move into the time of Moses and the
journey to the promised land
Moses recieves the law { the 10 commandments} but the job of
going in isn't completed until MOSES DIES and another woman from
outside the line of SHEM steps in . her name is 'REHAB; and she
descends from HAM
and the storied linage to JESUS carries on
AND WHEN JOSHUA GOES IN TE DAY COMES WHEN HE DIES ;
and we enter the TIME OF JUDGES .
in this time period we hear the story of the son of REHAB
It is this BOAZ who will kinsman redeem a woman from outside the
linage of SHEM ; and her name is RUTH ; and she descends from
"LOT"
and the storied linage to JESUS carries on
this storied linage of JESUS { THE ORDER OF MELCHIZEDEK} is
taking on a kinsman ship of those 7 divisions of mankind that
GOD set up in genesis post flood era to tell this story of what
JESUS is doing to bring about a restoration of mankind back into
the family of GOD.
so far we have SHEM{ [aka]melchizedek} along with esau and
ishmael through TAMAR; and HAM through REHAB and LOT through
RUTH the only two divisions left from that list in genesis
"post-flood" is that of #1 japheth and #6 joseph
the child of this union of Boaz and Ruth is Obed; and OBED is
the father of JESSIE ; and Jessie is the father of DAVID; and in
the time of DAVID ; kingship takes place for the children of
JACOB.
SAUL; THE BENJAMITE ;{ benjamin; whose is the true brother from
the wife that JACOB loved with JOSEPH #6} is the first king.
and SAUL gives his daughter to DAVID for his wife { and #6 is
"kin-ned in}
We know the story and DAVID becomes the 2nd king ; but before
there is a third KING; a woman from outside the linage of SHEM
enters the picture and her name is BATHSHEBA ; and she descends
from that #1 ; japheth and now all seven divisions of mankind
that GOD set up in the genesis post flood era have become "kin"
to this lineage that leads to Jesus
now david has several sons with different wives ; we will look
at two here

before BATHSHEBA -------------------------------- with bathsheba

SO WE SEE THE NEED OF JOSEPH AS THE HUSBANDOF MARY { IF TOTAL
KINSMANSHIP IS TO BE ACHIEVED}
NOTE; DAVID; THE FIRST POST FLOOD PERSON KIN TO ALL OF MANKIND
SOLOMON ; THE FIRST POST FLOOD PERSON TO BE BORN KIN TO ALL OF
MANKIND
THOSE FOUR WOMEN IN THE ORDER OF MELCHIZEDEK ; marked off 4
aspects of of the time JESUS spent here on earth {or will spend}
each of the aspects had an issue { as seen below}
TAMAR; in the post flood era of genesis ; had the order of
melchizedek ; { the story ; of what JESUS is doing}
JESUS ; with his birth ; tells us to go back and see this story
REHAB; in the time period of the journey to the promised land
when the law is given
JESUS; in his life fullfills that law
RUTH; IN THE TIME PERIOD OF JUDGES { AND HOW WE WILL BE JUDGED}
is kinsman redeemed ; { this is the question we of today face ;
do we accept JESUS as that kinsman redeemer}
JESUS ; at his death; fullfills the law and pays the price for
sin ; for those who accept him as their kinsman redeemer
BATHSHEBA; lives in the time of david the king;
JESUS ; upon his return now has all the qualities to be king of
kings
the order of melchizedek is this story
JESUS ; as son of God is the creator of this line
JESUS; as son of man is the conclusion and product of this line
JESUS ; the alpha and omega ; has told his story through this
order of Melchizedek story
