Everyone ready for the end of the world?
By: Kerry Date: December 6, 2012, 11:20 am
---------------------------------------------------------
The day is fast approaching. Should we buy Christmas gifts
believing we'll still be here on December 25, or should we party
like crazy figuring the gloom-and-doom New Agers are right in
how they interpret the Mayan calendar?
If you want to party, check out this website! They feature end
of the world party supplies.

Reasonably priced too if you want things with writing on them.
:) Why spend your last dime on a party? Save your money for
the next end-of-the-world party. It seems to end almost every
year, and sometimes several times a year.

Might be a good money spinner if we were to put together some
rapture party gear. I am sure Christians would buy it in there
droves knowing that if they did not have the use of it they
could leave it to the next generation in their will.
Plastic cups with welcome Jesus on them 'carry two on the way
up'. One to toast the Son the other the other to greet his
arrival.

I thought you were about to start selling solar powered
generators and dry goods...
;D
That is just so funny to me, all these end of the world people
that try and sell stuff... If you think its the end of the world
why are you worried about selling stuff??? What do you need the
money for??? As if a generator and dry food is going to save
someone from the end of the world... ROFL!!!

Speaking of the rapture! Ever wonder what will happen to pets
when their Christian owners get raptured? Non-Christians have
offered to take care of them. You pay now, and they promise to
take care of them if you get raptured. This started as a joke
by an atheist in England; but it's now a business. The one-time
fee is reasonable at $10; but then if they failed to keep their
end of the bargain, you wouldn't be around to sue! Still, it's
some peace of mind.
Sad to say, although Prime Minister Gillard addressed
the Mayan issue in part, she didn't tell Australians what to do
or what her government was doing! (What a fun spoof!)

Candles are big sellers in China, Russia and Cuba. A fellow
with the curious name of Ron Hubbard who is in the underground
survival bunker business in the USA says sales have gone up from
one a month to one a day. In Mexico, the Mayans are taking
things calmly and not expecting the end of the world! ROFL!
Meanwhile in Mexico, where the ancient Mayan civilisation
flourished, the end time has been seen as an opportunity. The
country has organised hundreds of Maya-themed events, and
tourism is expected to have doubled this year.

According to REM, it starts with an earthquake; and we've
already had several; and UFOs have been seen all over the
place. And you feel fine? :)
