The Long Wait.

I was thinking today that it seems like a long wait.
Like Simeon.." to whom had been revealed that he would not see
death until he had seen to Lord’s Christ", and Anna- “who spoke
of Him to all that looked for redemption in Jerusalem”
…." but in the fullness of the time" He came. I guess it just
isn't the fullness of time yet!! To me…He seems a bit late…but I
guess it can't be so. He wont come too soon or too late, He
will come exactly on time, just like last time….and probably to
the very hour!
Satan probably thought he had won the victory at the cross , but
when Christ was lifted up He was there “by the determinate
counsel and foreknowledge of God ...” Acts 2: 23. The Lord died
in Victory, He died for us, and as us, for the purpose of
dealing with the matter of sin once for all. He died exactly on
time, to the very day…as the other lambs did!
In the fullness of God’s time Jesus will come again as He
promised. But, if Paul wrote back -then about the coming of our
Lord as an imminent event , and urging all Christians to live in
the joyful anticipation of it, we should be and live, in the
same mind today.
Jesus is coming again and He will come not a moment too soon or
a moment too late, but He will come again exactly on time, "In
the fullness of time"

3For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it
shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because
it will surely come, it will not tarry.
So we see though it tarry wait for it because it will in fact
not tarry!!
That must mean then that the fulfilment of the vision of God all
and in all will be right on time!!

each in its season;
done to perfection ;
the seasons laid out a piece at a time ;
all in order;
all to accomplish the end goal.
could the law be fullfilled before it was given?
could belief come before cross?
would that belief be enough before that payment of sin at the
cross?
after Jesus comes back ; we will look back to see
THE PERFECTION IN THE STORY
