Login problems

hi Kerry
Dave ( I) have tried three times to log Dave in…it takes “Dave”
but when the password is in…it says =
“An error has occur you email address needs to be verified …so I
click on where it says send a confirmation email .
And each time it says -“ a new email has been sent …” x 3 ….but
nothing comes into his email inbox .
So he still can’t log in…[emoji22]

[/quote]I was trying another way to register him and got a
message saying that name was already in use. It hadn't been
before. When I went to check, it gave me the option to activate
it so I did. I hope that fixes the problem.
I wonder if the emails wound up in a spam filter? Did he
check that?

going on. I don't sign out, so it keeps me signed in. I don't
know if the browser you use would allow that. I'm running
behind schedule right now, but I hope to respond to your others
posts soon.

Yes I have been able to stay logged in this time, but had to
change the password. Not sure what happened because last week
when I got notification for the thread you started I was able to
click the link and it automatically logged me in, and I did that
the next day as well. Then when I tried it the third day it
didn’t work.
Hopefully it won’t do that again x
