Daymon's 1-99 Construction Guide

Hey guys, this guide will be a 1-99 Construction Guide for
everyone, but xp rates will be different between extremes with
wisdom, a normal donator with wisdom, and a normal player.
1-14 make Crude Wooden Chairs. No supplies will be needed, but
take normal Planks so you can start the next step right away.
14-29 make Rocking Chairs. You will need normal Planks to make
these, and it's much faster than the Crude Wooden Chairs.
29-40 make Oak Bookcases. You will need Oak Logs to make these
and grant much more xp than chairs.
40-63 or 65 depending on which way you take, make Mahogany
Bookcases.
65-99 make Mahogany Portal Frames. This is greatly slower than
the second method, but costs so much less. This takes up 4
planks per Portal Frame which means you can only make 7 Portal
Frames per inventory, and you will need to bank a lot if you are
not Extreme Donator. If you have the money to spend, do not go
with this method.
63-99 make Marble Fireplaces. This method, you will be able to
make 28 Fireplaces and grants the same experience as the
Mahogany Portal Frames. But this method, costs much, much more.
Marble Blocks cost 325,000 coins each, and 4 Mahogany planks
cost 6,000. So only use this method if you have the cash to
spare.
Now that you have a method to get from 1-99, here are a few
tricks. If you are a donator, you will be able to buy the Wisdom
aura for 1b coins. Buy this if you plan on prestiging, or want
to max out fast. It is much worth it as it gives you a 20%
experience boost. Also, if you are an Extreme Donator, you will
be able to do the ::bank command, which will increase the speed
at which you get 1-99 Construction by a large time frame.
Another trick is not clicking on what you are making. Whenever
you click build on an object, find what you need to be making,
and there is a number next to it. Hit that number on the keypad
and you will build that item making build times much faster. You
can do this with many other things like teleporting, but it is
especially useful for construction.

Not a bad guide mate. Might a suggest adding a few pictures to
pretty up the tutorial, and some spoiler tags to tidy it all up?
If not, it's all good, clear and concise guide.
