       Operations Moderator Application

       Name: Joey, or Joe.
       Ingame Name: Operations.
       Age: 14.
       How Long Have You Played: I have played from the beginning of
       Early January , until present day, so close to 5-6 months. I
       plan to stay with the server till the day it shuts down, and I
       have full support for the server.
       How Long Have You Been Support: I was support previously, and
       that shift was around 3 weeks to one month, and this one is
       still going on, but it has been on for around 4 weeks, so I have
       been support for around 1 1/2 months.
       People That Would Recommend You: I believe that Boss ,
       Pineapple, Connor, Daymon, Zeo, Blade, GP, Oww, Exotic, Amy,
       Gucci, Exhilarants, and Lance123 would all support me for
       Moderator position. Sorry if I wrote your name and you do not
       support me for Moderator, my apologies.
       Why You Deserve Mod: I believe I deserve moderator because I
       have just gotten back into being staff on a server, and I am
       feeling way more comfortable being in the line of duty on a
       server. I feel that I can watch and observe the server for long
       periods of time, and be active for most of the day on weekends,
       and some of the day on weekdays. I am very comfortable with
       talking and helping new and regular players, and I love having
       conversations with everyone. Everyone knows me, and I like to
       keep it that way, and I would like everyone to know me in a good
       way, which is my goal. For the most part, the people on the
       staff team are from different time zones, and its good to have a
       mix and for staff members to watch over the server at all times,
       to make sure no suspicious or weird incidents are happening on
       the server. I just feel really ready to upgrade up to a higher
       position on the staff team.
       What You Can Do To Help Server: I have previously donated, and I
       look forward to donating more. But obviously, that isn't all
       that "helping the server" is about. Helping the server to me
       means helping the players around you and making sure they are
       comfortable and having a good time on the server. Aswell as
       that, its also about encouraging people to vote and donate for
       the server, to get our server well known, as I am trying to do
       that myself everyday. I feel that when new players come into the
       server, I can welcome them in optimisticly and respectfully, to
       get them to stay and invite their friends onto the server. I
       think that I have the ability to go beyond the call of duty, and
       take care of my position, powers, and situations maturely and
       correctly.
       I would just like to say thank you for where I am right now.
       This is a thank you to the whole server, the staff team, and the
       community. I wouldn't be as far as I am right now without you
       guys, and I am having a great time on the server. I cannot wait
       to have more fun-filled memories with you guys, and I'll always
       be here for you guys until the day this server shuts down
       (hopefully never.)
