Another List of Suggestions

Hi guys, after more hours of playing, I found some things that
cash could add to the server that would make the server better,
(p.s, cash you are doing a great job with updates, keep it up
man.)
LIST OF SUGGESTIONS:
1) Reference System: Since there aren't many people playing the
server, I think this would be a good way to attract some
players. When the person first joins, they get a seperate
individual reference code. When they invite a player, they tell
them that reference code. Once you do that, the person who
invites the person gets something like 100m, and the person who
joins gets around that too. I know how you might think it might
cause an eco reset, but make it so you can only use the code
once per person AND IP, and that the person can't make another
account on the same ip to claim the money. And, you can't get a
friend to just keep logging on to get the money, make it only so
one person can use and claim one reference code.
2) Attempt to make an automatic voting/donating system: I know
that its probably harder than I think it is to code an automatic
voting system, but I think it would be beneficial to everyone on
the server. We would get votes quicker and the players wouldn't
have to wait for a vote from a staff member. And I know this is
probably even harder, but it would be pretty cool to setup an
automatic donation system, and with the commands ::donate, you
could pick what you want, then once done, ::donated. Or, instead
of bugging cash to get on to donate, you could just
automatically donate to him, and then just wait for him to get
on.
3)Reposting our server: I know you might not be able to do this
but, I think it would help a lot if you could constantly keep
reposting the server on runelocus for the new server front page,
that would attract a lot of players. Also on sites like
moparscape, top 100 rs servers, etc, that would also attract
some players. I am constantly making threads about the server,
and I hope other people are too, I really want this server to
grow because i know it has potential.
4)::yellcolor with HEX formats: I think that extreme donators
should have the ability to change their yell color over global
chat. The command works, but once you put in the HEX code, it
doesn't work. I think it would be pretty cool to let us extreme
donators do that, then maybe cash or pine or someone can make a
HEX Format Code Guide on forums.
5)More Voting Sources(good idea terms): Terms mentioned this to
me, and I thought it was a great idea. The more popular we grow
on different websites, the more players we attract, and who
doesnt want more players? I think this should tie into the
automatic voting system.
6) Special Attack Restores: I think that extreme/regular
donators should be able to buy special restore pots from the
stores, I know there is a special attack table but idk. lol.
