Operations "Support" Application #2.

Name : Joey, or Joe. You can call me either, I don't really
mind.
Ingame Name: Operations.
Age:13.
Time you play each day: I play for long periods of times on the
weekends, unless events come up. On average I spend a good 4-10
hours on the weekends, but on the weekdays, I have school, and
my parents don't allow me on. I do tend to still get on though
when I get home from school, but I'm not on as much because of
school-work, and practice. I try to get on as much as I can on
the schooldays, so maybe 1-4 hours on weekdays.
Why you think you deserve it: I think I deserve this position
because I've been former staff on this server, and on other
servers. I felt the right to demote myself because I made cash
trust me, then I was about to quit on him. After the fact that I
did that, I felt like such a dick. I then realized that he took
the time to get to know me, and earn my trust to give me that
position, and I know I let him down. I told him I wanted a few
weeks to take a break from it, and see how things go. Now in
present time, I feel like I'm ready. I feel like I've learned
more about the server, and more about the players and how things
run. I now know the specific commands for the support position,
and how to work with the commands wisely. I'm fit for this
position as-well because there aren't too many US staff members
(2) running the "night shift," and I could help watch the server
at night. I know Luna and Terms are both from the US, but other
staff members such as boss and pine are from the UK, so I could
potentially even it out. I know that I let cash down and lost
trust in him, and I want to show him I can regain his trust, and
I will not quit the server until the day it shuts down
(hopefully never.)
Past experience you have had as staff: I've been staff on this
server, and I served as a Supporter. I have been part of many
staff teams in my rsps playing time, and I've learned many
different servers and the commands with it. I've learned the
commands for this server, and how to use them wisely and
responsibly. I've been staff on many different revisions,
including 317, 562, 614, 714, etc. I just feel that I have a lot
of backround knowledge with staff positions. I've been anywhere
from supporter-admin.
Players that will recommend you for this position: Im not sure
about the people who will but potentially... Luna, Terms,
Jsaari, Exotic, Merked, etc.
If there was a situation with a "duper" and he started giving
people stuff and so what would you do?: I would stop the duper,
get the duped items from the duper, and the players who received
the items. I would then ask a staff member in a higher rank what
to do with the duper, but I would give him a jail first to keep
him in his spot so he couldn't do any more damage to the economy
of the server. If someone got out of hand and I had no ability
to stop it, I would immediately contact any staff member I am in
reach with.
This part is a private message to cash, more like an apology.
I want you to know that I won't be sad if I don't get the
position. I lost your trust, that you had greatly in me. I was
on the last string of quitting, and I left you with an empty
support position. I felt very bad about this, and as you know, I
wanted to take time to think about what I did, and what I could
do better. I know that other players definitely deserve a chance
at getting support, because I have already had my go around. If
you really want me to be support on your server again, feel
free, and I'll be happy to serve again and help the server, but
if not, I don't mind. I'll just work harder on trying to get it
back.

Once again, I am really sorry to the whole community for almost
quitting out on you guys, I just realized I couldn't do it. I am
terribly sorry guys, I love you all.
