BAN APPEAL - MILS

I've been banned for "scamming" which isn't on the rules.
Also I didn't take anyone's items, money or account. Here's the
story, I wanted do dice duel "Dark" for 1 billion cash and he
accepted, after he accepted i asked for a Middle Man and wanted
"Porn_tube" to hold the cash as he was a mod and on at the time
with us, Dark declined and insisted he would roll same with Porn
Tube so I had no control over what's going on, Porn Tube rolled
for me because I don't have any dice, and there was no Middle
Man.
So after they Dice dueled Dark won and I said I have no 1b, then
dark got mad and started saying that I was "scamming" him. And
this is the part I don't understand, I didn't take any of his
items or money, so how is this scamming? All I did was make him
throw his dice, that's it.
Then Porn Tube accused me for scamming and said to me "24 hour
jail or pay" and I said jail please, then he banned me, after
this I made an account called "milsff" so I can talk to them,
Pineapple was there too and I was talking to him about what
happened and he said "I'm ending this" and the I.P banned me.
so I would just like to say that the mod's don't know what
scamming is and they should look at this link :

what scamming is, Also that scamming isn't against the rules and
they should memorize the rules or check them before banning
someone.
Rules:
Lost Realm Rules
1) No Impersonation Of Staff, If you do this you will receive a
warning, if it happens again you will be muted.
2) No Autoclicking or Autotalking
3) No Begginig Staff for items
4) No Asking For staff Positions. if you do your chances of
becoming staff will be decreased and if you ask multiple times
you may be muted
5) No Selling In-game Items For Runescape Accounts or Gold or
for IRL Money
6) Account Sharing Is Not Against the Rules, HOWEVER, if the
person you are sharing with does something to your account, it
is your own fault
7) No Glitching or Bug Abusing or encouraging others to exploit
bugs/glitches
8 ) LURING, it is not against rules and if you are dumb enough
to get lured it is your own fault
9 ) No Multilogging for any reason. If you are found
multilogging you will receive a black mark

This is so true! haha love this, its not even on rules aha also
its not scamming aha defo should not be IP Banned. haha,
shouldn't even get muted for this shit.

Lol , So basically what happened is , they wanted to bet 1B but
they called it off and Porn Tube still continues and rolls and
demands a pay up ... What kind of Moderator name is Porn Tube ,

Who says pay up or 24-hour jail , and then bans them , Porn tube
get your act together...
Mils for un-ip ban cause of some bullsh*t that porntube made up
:P

You were not ip-banned just for this matter, you are previously
banned for previous issues we have had with you, and have been
told by cash himself to keep you out of game. Whether you
scammed or not recently, it does not matter, as you would have
been banned on sight anyway, as every member of staff has been
told to do so.
