cash's computer crash/sparc for mod

Hey im a newer player but with the latest problem in the server
being the non respawns and stuff, i think cash should consider a
co-owner, or a mod that can be trusted to do a restart so
something like this wont keep people from enjoying the server. i
mean yeah cash had no way to predict his computer would just
give out on him lol but still there should be a person he can
trust to restart server for cases such as this. And also maybe
add a auto reward thing to voting lol :P. But to the second part
of this is my own opinion i think sparc should be moved from
staff to a mod, only a couple mods are active that ive seen, but
sparc does do a lot for the players and interacts a lot with all
players, i see him pvming alot with players and just having fun,
he does help alot when people need something and in chat i
normally see him answering stuff before anyone else lol, maybe
you guys share similar thoughts and ideas :D maybe we can get
cash to add those first things into the server so people can
enjoy this without worries.
