       Silentway's Application for Support Position

       Application:
       Name : Laine Allen M.
       In game Name: Silentway
       Age: 16
       Time you play each day: 3 plus, I do my best to play as much as
       I can, and keep my real life in check. It's keen to find that
       balance.
       Why you think you deserve it: I wish to become a better part of
       the community in Lost Realm. I really enjoy everyone who plays.
       I also want to be able to help newer players, like I was helped.
       It made my experience so much more enjoyable and lead me to
       donate, and of course fill out this application.
       Past experience you have had as staff: To be honest i have not
       had much experience as RSPS staff, but i have been a mod a few
       times in the past. I have also been admin on a few Minecraft
       servers, and ran my own Minecraft server for some time. I may
       not have an immense amount of experience, as said before, but I
       tend to learn quickly, and retain what I am taught. I am very
       ambitious, and I hope to maybe one day move to an Admin
       position, but one must start somewhere, no?
       Players that will recommend you for this position: I would like
       to update this as people read my post, seeing that a better
       impression of me will come with reading this article.
       If there was a situation with a "duper" and he started giving
       people stuff and so what would you do?: If there was a duper
       situation i would address the duper(s) and leave said duper with
       a very strict warning, but also at the same time i would be
       notifying a higher ranking staff member than I, and asking them
       what path action they would wish me to take. As I would be only
       support, I believe a "higher up," should have the final call in
       all of these situations.
