It's not bullshit at all, theres been complaints about some of
the staff. so they players need a way to show who think they
needs demoting/needs to stay.

I disagree with boss, and agree with king. This vote is based
off of who likes who, not based off of how well someone is
doing. If this vote wasn't anonymous, and the person had to
explain why, with reasoning, it would make more sense.
