Here's my constructive criticism/feedback. To start off with,
often when you are online, you only afk at home, and this is not
a good quality support should have. They should be very active
and ready to help whenever needed. Also, when you apply for
something, even a job irl, your application shouldn't just be
answered in a couple sentences, you need to add in depth of why
you should become the position you are looking for. If you want
to become support, as one (possibly 2?) is being picked soon, so
you might want to step things up a notch.
