       Morality: Chaotic neutral
       Bio: Dario has an irronic name. Dario is an italian name that
       basicly means rich/wealthy. Dario is nothing of the sort. He was
       orphaned in this world at age 4 when his parents spoke of
       rebelion and were killed for it and used as an example to
       others. They attempted to kill Dario aswell, and thought they
       did. A blast of intense energy struck the young boys heart and
       by all rights, he should have died there, but instead, it seems
       he absorbed it somehow. Skip to now, he has been living in the
       city, trapping, killing or stealing from anyone he needs to to
       survive. He seems to be skilled with the powers of his attempted
       killer and only has vague memories and occasional painful
       nightmares as his memories of the past.
       Personality: Relaxed, Clear minded. An expert in traps, hes good
       at manipulation and baiting
       Ability: Energy manipulation into bullets, wires, and if he trys
       hard enough, even some explosive devices. His ability goes
       farther, but he hasnt yet figured that out.
