A different ' Not if, but when "
By: Pia Date: July 2, 2020, 6:04 pm
---------------------------------------------------------
I have often heard it said, within Christian circles, that it is
a matter of 'when' not 'if', in relation to Jesus coming
back........I happen to agree with that.
But ........I am slowly learning to apply that same mindset to
ALL His promises, so that in praying for something, I am
learning to thank Him for 'WHEN' He delivers......not 'IF' He
does.
The quickest, simplest way, for you to put this into
perspective, just think on what Jesus told us............ ( may
be a tad paraphrased ) :" The Fathers promises are solid and
sure, because He has already said "Yes and Amen" to them ".
What an amazing starting point for us....knowing the outcome ,
ahead of time....before we even ask..................WHEN we
believe !
Have a blessed day everyone......Pia

well ok, but what do they mean by that, if you would, ty
Hahahaha, okay then mate, I'll play .
What they mean is that they believe that some day, Jesus, in His
resurrected form, will return to the earth together with all His
redeemed to become the Lord over the earth, in a state wherein
all can freely see Him...I do believe that the book of
Revelation has quite a bit in it on their belief in this.
On the other hand, I lean toward believing it, because I have
seen that He in fact DOES have a fully resurrected body, which
can obviously be both spirit form and physical, as He came into
a locked room, a locked house too lol, but I was able to touch
Him also, at one stage...anyway, enough of that, as most people
just refuse to believe that He either could nor would do that,
so...
Having found out in such a spectacular way that Jesus was in
fact real, I had to accept that obviously so also was God...The
Hebrew God, and this began my journey with Him.
But I certainly cannot say 100% that I KNOW that He is going to
come back , in that way, as I have never asked Him that, nor has
He ever taught me anything about it.
He has however shown me of things to come, back in 1999....and
so far, each things has happened exactly, as He showed me....but
it did not include His 2nd. coming ( as it's referred to _)...
Anyway, I don't wanna make this 6 ft. long so I'll leave it
there.....to tell you the truth, there are times I wonder, if
you come on these forums to pull the legs of Christians, and try
to pose 'impossible' questions and scenarios to them hahahaha.
Either way, have yourself a marvelous day :)
Don't mind a little entertainment anyway .....God bless
:D....Pia
so in a word wouldnt you agree that they seek a kingdom
that comes via observation?
Good point.....But could He not have been referring to
the 'Kingdom of believers ' that He would gather, while we're
still here, thus making that a Kingdom, not seen coming or
going.
The other spoken of in revelation seems to be, after the
physical is no longer with us, as such....where all has then
become spirit and what comes is the form of those things from
God Himself, who IS spirit, is firstly, spiritually discerned,
and no doubt of a substance, spirit wise, that we are unfamiliar
with..
As I said, I do not know anything 100% about any of this, only
that things were going to get extremely dark indeed....No actual
time span, but He showed me those things in 1999, and so far,
there remains only 3 of the 'scenes' He showed me...all the
others have happened, exactly as He had showed me.
These things were written down and shared with a few people, at
the time...even from a church, I tried to 'join' with, for a
short time.
But, it has done a lot for me to just keep putting my trust in
Him, that He will reveal things as either, we can bear it, or if
it is needed.
But you do bring up an intriguing point...thank you........Pia

Quote from bbyr...so in a word wouldnt

No I would not agree at all.
The bible makes it very clear that faith is faith and hope is
hope, right up to the time the thing you are having faith for
appears in reality Rom 8:24-26.
Abraham sought a city which had foundations so the bible says,
and it also records that Abraham was one of the giants of faith
Heb11:10. Therefore a person may seek a kingdom by faith, for
faith is seeing those things as being which are not yet Heb
11:1. When perfection comes (kingdom) then that which is in
part shall be done away. 1Cor 13:9-13.
I say again. No! The kingdom is not being sought by observation,
but by faith in the true knowledge that one day He will appear
and usher in a new Kingdom age. James
i say again Yes, obviously, the kingdom is expected to
be literally manifesting in "tomorrow," that can be seen with
Two Eyes, ergo "by observation" as in "He will appear" by which
you mean "literally, so that i can see Him with my two eyes"
right.
so i mean dint kid yourself with the verbal sleight-of-hand imo,
at least be honest with yourself?
i would certainly expect an Empire in the
Decline/Decadence stage (that has now gone Full Zimbabwe to
boot) to experience trauma, yes. It's happened many times before
already right
