Mind Renewal

What is all this Lordship building up to? You giving him a mind,
he is in you, he is Lord of you're life and now he needs a mind
to be able to operate out of you. We are quick to say he is all
these things but with out your mind he is the mindless Christ in
you. Well what about the mind of Christ? The mind of Christ has
to operate out of you using your creation, your mind, your legs,
your arms, your body to express who he is. Well you say he is
God and he can do anything! Yes but he cannot live out of you
without your mind, he needs your mind to see it is him doing the
living now not you persay. You are dead in him, the old man
identity is dead as Christ on the cross. When he died you died,
when he resurrected you resurrected in him. When does all this
take place? It happened 2000 years ago but now the moment you
believed it became a reality for you, even if believers do not
know what happened to them.
To the father that is what a new creation is! A person with
Christ in them, that constitutes a new creation. A believer
needs to know what happened to them so they can give Christ a
mind that is renewed to him, and the new creation (the two have
become one) can have Christ expression. I remember some years
ago it was popular in the arena I was in at the time at the
start of a meeting to hype up the people and say "God is going
to show up tonight." Well that kind of hoopla sounds good but
has no legitimacy what so ever. If you didn't take him into a
meeting then he wasn't going to just show up. No sir, he is in
you, not outside and you some how have to summon him down while
people got their church on. I used to believe the anointing was
when everyone was excited and jumping up and down or falling,
the anointing doesn't have anything to do with that. Another
famous saying was about the anointing "I don't know what it is
but I know what it ain't." Just cliche words and have no truth
or real meaning to them.
You see how easy we can be distracted, I can say that because I
was easily distracted and thought those that had been in
Christianity for a while had some deep truth. Very sincere most
but like the saying goes sincerely wrong. The way Christianity
was conducted was wrong and deceitful, I will not go into detail
but I think most that have been in that type of meeting or seen
them on media outlets will agree, very damaging.
You mean to say these people have Christ in them? I say if their
born again they do. I will say that born again folks can act
just like the world and still be as deceitful as they were when
in the world. Mind renewal to him is imperative to any kind of
Christian growth. If you are majoring in any other thing long
enough you will be deceived. The catch word is "renewed to him"
we need our minds to know for me to live it is Christ. I don't
need to imitate or act out Jesus of Nazareth, I need to know the
Christ that is in me. He cannot live as your creation without
you, you cannot live as him without him. Mind renewal has to
happen for real Christianity to be expressed, Christ in you the
hope of glory is real Christianity. Bless you.
