Yes, Ma'am. I've grown somewhat close to Forrest. I have a lot
of faith in him as a moderator and as a person. I also like the
size of CB; not too big yet not too small either. But it's
always in a constant state of flux where membership is
concerned, and a lot of crazies have come through and still do.
I've always believed it was because of spiritual opposition to
the site.
The developments with Helen and Rita however are sad. It should
not have happened. The way the site was managed has always been
a strength of the site. Then the owner had to step in and
totally screw up. If he knew what he was doing, he could have
wound up with MORE members over there if he had left things
alone. The biggest drain on membership at Christian Forums is
attrition, and this place could have served as a safe-haven.
Instead he turned it into a competitor site by his own silly
doing.
Better stop talking. I sense myself getting too critical for the
Spirit to allow any more.
Do you go by any other names at the various forums, Pat? I don't
know that we've ever talked.

Agreed. It's like they cut off their noses to spite their
faces. I see LW as (as Helen calls it) "a room" like, a quiet
room and nobody left CB, we ALL still posted there. I feel as
though I'm grieving because i came to like others on CB. - I
still check in there daily and see many new names lately.
Bottom line, Helen got a raw deal. This whole thing seems like
a non-issue made into a mountain, an upside down mountain at
that!

I am Pearl on the CB site and have been Poppy on other sites. I
think Farouk must have left or been removed as I have tried to
contact him with no success.
