Big Brother Microsoft?

My laptop doesn't have Microsoft 'Word' installed and, because
it's expensive, I use the similar but free 'WPS Office' word
processor. But It seems to me that Microsoft has 'put the boot
in' by making sure that anything that is copied and pasted via
WPS Office comes out 'gobbledegook'.
The following is a copy of a post that will copy perfectly if I
were to do a 'direct' copy and paste, but here's what it's like
if I save it in WPS Office and then copy and paste it here:-
What Helen says is really beginning to impinge on what I had
hoped would be an oasis retreat "in a weary
land".After all is said and done each member has
agreed to abide by the first paragraph which was deliberately
added to CreateAForum's standard registration
agreement.Nobody is expecting each member
to fully agree with what other members believe, we just ask that
our differences should be discussed with deferential recognition
of the fact that, whilst each conviction is held with sincerity,
it is nevertheless "seen as through a glass darkly" and will
remain so until we "see Christ face to face and finally know,
even as we are known". Till then:
Turn your eyes towards
Jesus.Look full in his wonderful
face.And theological dogma will
grow strangely dimIn the light of
His Glory and Grace.
