Forum font sizes?

Since I've upgraded my old laptop from Windows 7 to Windows 10 I
now find the font sizes to be much larger than what I previously
saw.
I do remember from earlier days that when Nicky enlarged the
default font sizes she reckoned that problems that members still
identified were down to the use of different browsers.
But it seems that might equally apply to the different microsoft
programmes that we each use.
I'm now going across to my Windows 8.1 laptop to see if I notice
any difference.
I'll sit with both laptops side by side and report back in a mo.

There's a lot more to this than meets the eye of this IT dumbo.
There are differences between my two laptops but the difference
vary in respect of the font sizes for a) the quote panel, b) the
post, and c) my signature.
And it seems as if the different differences might vary
according to each device's resolution settings, and/or the
different screen sizes.
I ought to be asking all this of the 'Techno' that I use when I
hit device problems..... but being the ideological fiddler that
Helen knows about I'll carry on bashing my head against this
brick wall.
