Just introducing myself, now that I have a handle on the site.

Hi all,
I do know some on here and am thrilled you came. My name is
well, NANCY! Haha. I became saved in 1992 stayed with a very
Pentecostal and quite out of order Church for a couple few
years. Left there for an AOG, they broke off because of
contention between the new associate pastor and eventially
closed the doors. From there, I started with a place called The
Chapel...and yes, I left again as I just never felt as though I
fit in. Even though for many years I had no Church home, I
never stopped seeking Him in my own ignorant ways but..He is
faithful nonetheless! I moved out to the country for 5 years,
away from most Churches I would want to attend. Now I am back
in the South of Buffalo and 2 years ago, they opened another
campus only 10 minutes away from me and was thrilled because I
struggled through more than 3 years attending a Calvinistic, and
very cold Church down the block from me. It was Baptist but, I
did not know the pastor was a 5 point Calvinist at the time. I
found out a couple months later when I made an appointment to
officially introduce myself. I knew about the Calvinists from
another Church I attended in the 90's and shocked even myself by
staying at this newer one for much longer that I wanted. Hence,
my joy when I heard The Chapel just opened another Campus by me
as, the others were much too far to drive to.
Just turned 62 so, I suppose I'm pretty much the youngun on here
:D Looking forward to some good discussions and happy to meet
you all.
May God direct our words here and may we be agreeable when we
disagree.
xo

I'm Pat aka Pearl or Poppy and I'm older than Rita or Nancy. :D
I was brought up Anglican - Church of England - but didn't know
about a personal relationship with Jesus until I was 35. In
order to be baptised after I was saved I left and joined a New
Testament church which had a vision to follow the blueprint for
church in Acts. They still do. I may be getting older but my
faith is still growing.
