You know my job has made me question so many things with regards
to why physical decline lingers with some people. I have come to
realise that God is interested in the real person within that
body and so we may see only decline from the outside but the
real work is taking place within between The Lord and the
person………..
I don’t think any of us will ever truly understand what takes
place within when externally we can no longer function or
communicate - I wondered that with my dad ……..I guess it’s when
it gets really personal.
Much love as none of us like watching people we care about
struggling, whether it’s with physical pain or decline xx

. Rita, “physical decline lingers” sounds much nicer than, they
are going to turn theirs toes up eventually. Maybe the Lord
takes His time because the the human spirit still fears death
even in Christians or maybe not.
One wonders after living a 1000 years did Adam have a handle on
the dying bit?
Though the outward man is perishing day by day, yet the inner
man is renewed day by day, then the well used verse, “ For our
light affliction, which is but for a moment, (there needs to be
a bit more clarification on moment imho), worketh for us a far
more exceeding eternal weight of glory” I think Paul had the
handle on this verse because he valued the prize.
Using the non biblical phrase, it seems, you can’t pull the pin
when you want to.
Anyway the Pharma and alternative’s seem to need our
contributions.
Glad to hear how Dans getting ready for the move, but sorry to
hear Robin of J’s afflictions, we are both holding her up in our
prayers with a double dose of wisdom for Daniel and you, as I
have no WOWs, this pin I can pull, may everyone have a Godly WOW
moment this weekend.
