For the last couple of years God has been showing me the
importance of fasting and this video is amazing.

Very good one Pat. I liked when he said " Don't make this a
formular.." Good word...we must hear from God for each step.
       Great testimony. Thanks. x

This has come from a few of us in a facebook group after one
lady spoke about wanting to know more about fasting. It has
been something that has been on my heart for a couple of years
and I have been open to God about it and he has showed me things
that have then been confirmed either in books or like in this
       video.
God has been showing me how important fasting is and this just
totally supports and underlines it. I'm so encouraged. I've just
ordered Marilyn Hickey's book. I remember how vital it felt
when I learned about the infilling of the Holy Spirit and
praying in tongues, and this teaching on fasting feels vital
too. And just as many denied the need for the Holy Spirit, there
will be many who deny the need to fast. Maybe this could be a
key to revival - a re-opening of the old wells of Living Water.
I've just watched this other video about how to fast and while I
didn't find much in it about the 'how?' I found it interesting.
What is really coming over to me though is just how many
Christians are being stirred to fast and/or find out more about
fasting. It is something the Church has mostly neglected and
it's as if God is now moving in power in this area.

Not watched the video yet because work has a very tight band
       width that doesn't support video...
To me fasting is part of the Christian life. I do until 6pm
quite often... I am working in the day and not in prayer but I
do recall the need to pray throughout the day. As I get older I
pray more so what was the odd occasion of fasting has now become
the norm. The Christian brother who i work with simply accepts
that I'm not eating, he never raises the question and i never
need to explain, when he offers lunch and I say "I'm not eating"
he asks if I'm drinking and usually I am! We don't speak about
it, I'm kind of uncomfortable telling on here if i'm honest - i
don't want to dilute my prayers by blowing my own trumpet as it
       were
