       Update of the protection in AF base.

       Recently, there have been an update with the protection of AF
       base. Everyone who is not spawned as this teams below, will be
       procecuted. There is now a couple of automatic sam sites been
       placed around Alpha Forces base. When you enter the restricted
       area, missles will follow you everywhere you drive.
       Teams that are allowed to enter without being shot by the sam
       sites:
       * Alpha Forces
       * Admins
       * Government
       * Homeland Security
       * Center of Disease Control
       * Global Event Management
       * San Andreas Builders
