He is the leader of Hooligan's, he is nothing without our Vice
Leader and our HQ.
Vice-Leader (lvl 4): H|Name[VL]
He help the leader to lead the gang, he help our HQ too.
Head Quarter (lvl 4): H|Name[HQ]
Our HQ, answer to application, give orders and organize
roleplay, solve problems in the gang.
Honored (lvl 3): H|Name[/H\]
They are honored because they are legend in the gang.
Respected (lvl 3): H|Name[/R\]
They are respected in the gang.
Assassin (lvl 2): H|Name[A]
Assassination by contract, simply, fastly, correctly.
Pro Fighter (lvl 2): H|Name[PF]
They are better then Fighter, they learn to fighter how fight in
the street.
Fighter (lvl 2): H|Name[F]
They fight for us.
Car Jacker (lvl 1): H|Name[CJ]
They stole some car for sell it after painting.
Dealer (lvl 1): H|Name[D]
Deal drugs and weapons to crims organization.
Pick Pocket (lvl 1): H|Name[PP]
Stole the money of people.
Probationnary (lvl 0): H|Name[PO]
They are our new member.
V.I.P:
They are externe from the gang, they help us and are respected
by the gang.
If you receive a warning, it's because you have rulebreaked.
This warning will be the kick for the [PO] and a advertisement
for others.
At the second warning, you are kicked and you can re-apply 2
week after the kick.

If you want to join us, you need to have some stuff like: Don't
apply if you have under 13 years old, you need to have 2 months
of game for join us (for knowledge rules), you need to speak
english minimum skill (6.5/10), don't lie or it will be a
perma-denied + Blacklisted, after you apply for us, you need to
wait a answer from the leader or the vice leader or a HQ:
Accepted (meet us in game for some questions)
Pending (meet us in game for some test, some questions)
Under Review (meet us in game, hang around with us and we will
maybe test you after some days)
Denied (you can re-apply after 2 weeks)
When you are pending, the test is in 3 parts:
If finally you are accepted after test/questions, you will
receive this picture in game, so you can do /nick H|Name[PO] and
welcome bro!
