Mess Hall

Rai walks into the mess hall and walks up to the counter to see
if they were serving breakfast, having been thinking about what
questions he could ask while not raising suspicious once they
find a scientist they could interrogate, it was obvious he
needed to hide his identify as well.

Most of the room was empty, just a few of the sites engineers
sitting at table near the back while the rest of the room
contained empty plates and trash. Joshua sat at the table
nearest to the kitchen door, a cup of coffee beside him and a
book in front of him. He glanced up and saw Rai "Morning kid.
Here to get something to eat?"

Rai nodded and raise his eyebrow, having expected to see peoples
eating here and not... almost empty. "Good morning... yeah. I
was going to see if there are breakfast to take for me and Mit-
a friend of mine. Am I too late though?" he said softly after
walking toward Joshua, having noticed there no foods prepared.

Joshua smiled "Everyones on different schedules so it's easier
to make it as they tumble in." he said and stood up. "What would
you and your friend like to eat?"

"Eggs, bacons, and pancakes with syrup please." Rai said with a
small smile before an idea pop in his head. "Do you have a map
for this station? Just so I don't get lost easily."

"A map eh?" he muttered and headed into the kitchen. "I might
have a few, things get added to this place every few years to
accommodate all the new lab equipment."

as he followed Joshua into the kitchen.

(sorry for being late, had a few health issues and school to
deal with)
"Sure kid, you can start on the eggs and bacon while I get the
pancake mix together and figure out where I left that box of
maps." he said and headed to the pantry.

(No problem, take cares of yourself.)
Rai grin a bit and went over to fetch the bacons and eggs from
the fridge and put them on two pans. "Wonder if Mitsuki will
enjoy this... Been awhile since I'm able to cook for anyone." He
begin to hums softly while frying both eggs and bacon.
