       History: A hazy past Mitsuki has never been one to be in any
       place for long.  Her family never had any stability, thus they
       moved around a lot.  Her parents tried their best, but they had
       an unfortunate ability to always draw the short end of the
       stick.  Having tried to help keep her family stationary, her
       ability to manipulate energy.  Taken from her parents and sent
       to the base in exchange for her families well being.  Now sent a
       single letter a year, she is not allowed contact with them, and
       questions their whereabouts.  She is reserved, but smart,
       placing trust in only those she deems fit.
