       History: A resident of Tokyo Impact. he has avoided the bases
       attempts at using him by slipping away to United Base causing a
       large manhunt for over half a year. finally caught they gave him
       the option of helping them or dying. He is the Pilot of the AT
       Unit Lazy Boy and although he is skilled in his AT Usage he
       tends to Sway from fighting which he blames on his Laziness
       rather than telling the real reason.
