Also, depending on your age, you would fit in as Supervisor as
the age limit for that rank is 12+.
And your english isn't the best. :/
Oh and you should probably add more on the "Why should we choose
you?" Question. It is not so very detailed :/

others i could be 12 and be more mature then a 16 year old's

Being mature comes with the age. You might find yourself very
mature as 12 years old, but you're not compared with a guy on
16.
In some ways, you're might more mature than older people, but
there's still a difference somewhere.
Your application is very short, and your English is too corrupt.
I dont know how you are as supervisor/mod, but Votton recommends
you. You have to use more time at the application, before i will
choose you.
By matureness comes seriousness. And by seriousness comes a
better and longer application.
